The event: Tuscan Brands’ company-wide holiday party at The Castleton in Windham, NH, with about 500 guests from every Tuscan Brands company under one roof.
The setup: Our GLAM photo booth with a custom Tuscan Brands step-and-repeat backdrop, beauty lighting and a branded overlay on every photo.
The result: A booth that stayed busy all night, studio-quality portraits for every guest, and a full gallery for the team to share after the party.
The challenge
Tuscan Brands brings together a family of restaurants, markets and hospitality companies, and the holiday party is the one night a year all of them are in the same room. With around 500 guests, the photo experience had to handle big groups quickly, look polished enough for an upscale ballroom, and make every company feel like part of one team.
What we did
- GLAM photo booth. Soft, flattering beauty lighting gave every guest a red-carpet portrait, whether they came solo or with their whole department.
- A branded backdrop. A step-and-repeat featuring the Tuscan Brands family of companies made every photo instantly recognizable and ready to share.
- A custom overlay. Every print and digital photo carried the Tuscan Brands logo, so each one doubled as a keepsake from the night.
- A friendly attendant all night. Our team kept big groups moving, helped people pose and made sure no one missed their turn.
The night
The energy was high from the first hour. The company celebrated its people with awards and giveaways, and every time a winner was announced, their company waved its flag while the room cheered. Between the awards and the dance floor, the GLAM booth became a gathering spot where teams from different companies jumped into photos together.
Why it worked
- It matched the room. GLAM portraits fit the upscale feel of The Castleton far better than a casual booth would have.
- It brought the companies together. Group photos mixed teams that rarely work side by side.
