We plan placement around how your night flows. For a seated dinner or holiday party we usually set the booth near the entrance to the reception space or beside the bar, so guests find it on the way in and it never blocks the dance floor or buffet. For cocktail receptions our roaming booth goes where the guests are. We confirm the load-in route, outlets and lighting with the resort ahead of time and adjust for your room layout.
