The Exeter Run for Hope is a community 5K run and walk organized by Exeter Oral Surgery in partnership with Refuge International. The 2026 race, the event's second annual, took place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, with the start and finish at Exeter Oral Surgery on Hampton Road in Exeter, New Hampshire.
Every dollar raised supports medical and dental care for underserved communities in Guatemala. The Exeter Oral Surgery team has completed two mission trips and is planning a third in September 2026, bringing a mobile dental trailer to deliver care. Race day brought runners, walkers, families, children and dogs together for a cause that reaches well beyond Exeter.
